Competency: Instructional Design/Training

 

Context: I was tasked with creating and overview training for new employees and interns.

 

Action: I focused on creating the most comprehensive and digestible training. The information can be overwhelming so it was important to break it down into manageable chunks. The talking points for the training are listed in the notes.

 

Results: This training will be used the next time a new employee joins the site.
