Competency: Instructional Design/Training Delivery

 

Context/Action: I worked for the DoD CAF and wanted to demonstrate to management how future trainings could be conducted. I created an interactive course meant for new employees. I had the desire to combine traditional lecture with hands-on training for a better learning experience.

 

Results: The assignment, as well as all deliverables was given to upper management.
