Computer Based Training

 

Competency: Learning Technologies/Analysis

 

Context: The assignment was to cover some aspect of adult education.

 

Actions: I focused on adult education, in hopes of making a convincing argument to utilize computer-based-training in their learning programs.

 

Results: The assignment was sent to my immediate supervisor. He convinced the director to allow for the purchase of Adobe Capivate.
